Our townhome boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has 1 king bed with 45 inch Roku TV, bedside tables include easy lights with USB outlets for charging ports. The second bedroom is a queen bed, with charging port for USB outlets. The patio is private with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The laundry room in located inside the unit. The kitchen is stocked with microwave, toaster, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker with KCups, baking sheets, pots and pans, spices, BBQ tools etc. There is a dedicated desk for work station that includes extra charging ports USB on the back of the desk. The unit is located on one floor no stairs. The TVs offer streaming services. Our home is located in the heart of Tempe. Tons of great restaurants, malls, shopping locations, Oasis Water park is 2 miles away, Old Town Scottsdale is 15 minutes away, Phoenix Airport is 10 minutes away, Golf courses and Baseball stadiums are all around. There is so much to do in the Tempe/Phoenix area you will have to make a return trip. My husband and I manage our townhome together. We are not a corporate office rental company.
